Corrugator Feeder Job (Kansas City, MO, US)

Pro Staff is looking for a Corrugator Feeder for an outstanding company located in Kansas City, MO. The Corrugator Feeder is responsible for operations related to the printing process on all sheet, pad and box oreders routed to the Ward, then feeding the paper into the machine. The machine is a Folder-gluer, rotary die cutter/printer slotter with two color printing capability.
Responsibilities:
- Pull and mount printing dies as specified
- Check set up box and make adjustments as necessary
- Stack sheets on feed table as needed for uninterrupted flow through machine and discard all non-conforming or defective sheets
- Provide backup for operator when situation occurs
- Maintain quality standards, understand and practice all safety requirements and regulations
- Practice good housekeeping habits on machine and work areas.
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Shift work may require mandatory overtime

Requirements
- High School education
- Pass basic skills test
- Knowledge of corrugated and printing characteristics preferred
- Strong attention to detail, patience, organizational and communication skills
- Proficient with a tape measure, including fraction to decimal conversions
